Enhanced compliance monitoring for companies exporting packaged products to the German market – VerpackG
If you are a company exporting to Germany, you are obliged to comply with the German Packaging Act, which came into force on 1 January 2019. The law lays down new rules for greater control and transparency in the market, especially for exporters.
Deadline for amending the waste management plan
Companies that are obliged to produce an WMP must adapt the content of the plan in accordance with the new Regulation no later than one year after the entry into force of the Regulation.
